Shipping policy

We ship every order within 1–2 business days. Tim and Lyla oversee packing personally, which mostly means supervising from the couch and occasionally sitting on the bubble wrap.

Once it's out the door, it's in the hands of the carrier - and carriers, like squirrels and the mailman, are outside our jurisdiction. Weather delays, carrier hiccups, high-volume seasons (looking at you, holidays) - if something's genuinely out of our control, it may take a little longer. We'll never pretend otherwise.

Every order ships from South Austin, Texas. Packed by hand, shipped with love and approximately 12 dog hairs.
