How do I pick the right size?
Check the size chart before you order. Mutts don't return well.
When in doubt, size up - our material does have some give, we're not monsters. Tim's a husky boy, 71lbs, wears a 4XL. Lyla's a lean 35lbs, wears a 2XL, and struts around like the athlete she is.
How fast does it ship?
Orders leave South Austin within 2 business days. After that, it's in the hands of the postal service, who are doing their best.
What if it doesn't fit?
Exchanges and returns within 30 days, no drama. Tags on, fur off — we'll allow some, this is a dog store.
Where does the rescue money actually go?
A portion of every sale goes straight to dog rescue organizations. Every quarter, our human picks a new one and delivers the check herself - calls it her reward for helping us run this business. Truth be told, she does most of the work. We just approve the vibes.
